Project Team Management


The third course in the EBMS program was one of my favorites. Project team management taught me how to work closely with a team and how to communicate well with others. Each week our class participated in team building activities. These activities brought our class closer together and allowed us to see how different personalities occur within team activities. The main project consisted of planning a full-scale event including scheduling, budgeting, managing materials and developing a risk management analysis. The most useful thing I learned was how to develop a successful team and what it takes to keep them motivated in stressful situations.

  1. It is more like a task and has to be done when its about doing things in the right way, agile with scrum methodology actually proves it that these things do play a role when its about taking things towards better and that is the way in my opinion.
