The business finance course allowed up to layout initial
budgets for our individual business plans. The course taught me basic business
finance skills and terms. I learned how to analyze annual fixed costs, break-even
quantities, net vs. growth profit, and how to read and create income statements.
The final project consisted of completing a full pro forma financial sheet with
Excel. The most useful information I gained from this course was how to apply
business finance to my daily budgeting and an increased level of Excel
knowledge.
