The negotiation and deal-making course consisted of daily
negotiations and mediations between classmates. We were taught how to properly
communicate in a professional setting through negotiating tactics. Each week we
were given an assessment to test the skills we had learned from each
negotiation. In this class I learned how to work with different personalities
and how to work out the best deals for both sides of an argument. This class
will be helpful for me in a difficult situation between coworkers.
